hey hey

So I haven’t written in a few days.  Things are going pretty good.  The last couple days have been kinda weird as far as eating goes.  I need to get groceries!!! lol  I haven’t been eating much, today I had  to take up at like 5:30a.m. to go work at the hospital. ( i’m a student nurse).  I had an almond bar for  breakfast ( at like 5:30) then another almond bar during my break around 10:30..  I also had a bottle of water.  then I got home and had 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.  then I had a loooooooong sleep til 8:30 and I just ate another one of those almond bars.. theyre so good!!! lol.

I’ll probably have some cereal in a bit.  I dont feel like cooking.

anyways, I’ll probably pick up some healthy groceries tomorrow!!!!

That’s about all.. I hope everyone else is doing well!  I dont; have a scale so I really dont know if Ive lost weight. Guess I’ll find out when I go home in a month or so!!! I’d love to lose 10 pounds by then.  (December 17th)  That would be good!

Was a great day.. then BAM!

So I did amazingly well on my midterm, and I got a cheque for 200 back from my tuition.. and I found out I did good on another midterm I wrote.

Everything was going great…. then bam.

My roomate tells me his girlfriend is allergic to cats.  And I just got a new kitten. I dont know what to do. I told everyone last year that I would be bringing my cat and they were fine with it then.. and he was with this girl then too. I dont know what to do.. I need advice :(  he said hes not asking me to get rid of her but he basically said shes allergic to the cat even if the cat is kept upstairs.. and even when he goes to her house she gets allergic cuz of the dander on his clothes.

Gah.. its a bad situation and I dunno what to do I realllllly need advice asap!!!!

Kitty!

So I got a new kitty.. shes sooo cute and I looove her! this weekend I didnt eat too healthy tho.  and I had fast food today.. but tomorrow I’m starting back up!

I need to get back on track!!!!

Bad day…

Well today was pretty stressful.  My program is ridiculous.  I’m getting my Bachelor of Science in Nursing… so basically, im going to be a Registered Nurse. They expect us to be robots.. I swear.. its insane the amount of work we have to do, and we’re expected to get 100% on difficult math tests and such. I understand why, but damn…. i’ve never beeen one to get 100% on  a test.

no one in my class got 100% so we all have to rewrite..  so stupid :(

and then i had hours of homework to do.. gah.h..

anyways, I think I ate pretty well today.  instead of not eating after dinner i decided to have some carrots and a granola bar.

Since I dont have a scale, im going to try to go by how my clothes are fitting until I go home next.  Im doing this by  using one of my vests.  Right now Its too tight to wear done up, so hopefully i’ll be able to wear it done up soon!

Food Journal - Day 2

I was sooo hungry when I woke up this morning from not eating past 8 last night.. I woke up and ate some multigrain crackers with peanut butter.. but then I was still hungry so I ate leftovers from last nights dinner… (Mac and cheese, and chicken), then I had a granola bar. Im stuffed!!!! I slept in, so i just had a big lunch.  I’m going to have a light dinner instead of a light lunch and filling dinner. I heard thats supposed to help..

Day 1. - Food Dairy

Breakfast - 2 slices of 60% whole wheat toast with peanut butter

1 cup of pink lemonade

1 almond bar

Why i’m here..

Basically, last year I gained a lot of weight, (Freshman 15… ok, more like freshman 25!).. It happened slowly, so I really didn’t notice it.  I lost about 15 pounds in the summer, but I’d like to lose about 50 more.  I don’t have a scale here, but I do when I go back home, so I’ll only be updating my weight periodically. 

Right now according to the scale back at home, I’m about 172 pounds.  I’d like for that scale to say 122! I’m going to start by blogging eveything I eat.  Right now my schedule is brutal with midterms and essays, so I’m not going to start an exercise program yet.
